Jane, patient: “Dr. Hamilton was able to relax me. I didn’t feel worried about talking about the procedure I was having. He was open to any questions and explained things very clearly, even drawing diagrams and jotting down notes and explaining to me that if I ever thought of anything else, I could always ring up. He talks to you as a person, rather than a patient. So you feel right from the start that you are getting clear answers, and he is concerned about you and interested in you as a person and takes all your worries and questions very seriously. The staff are very friendly, from the minute you come in, with their body language, and the way they smile at you, the way they look at you, the way they talk to you. I would recommend Dr. Hamilton because of my experience here. I found him to be a very caring and sincere gentleman. Gentleman is a good word for him. I found the staff to be very kind and open to questions, always there for you. I knew I could ring up any time, because they told me so. You feel secure and you feel valued here, and that doesn’t always happen when you go and visit the medical profession.”
